Vision
Whether your attention goes to the specifics or the overall direction.
Measured by the Work Style Profile test. Scores run from 0 to 100.
Low scores (under 40): Detail-focused
The number that is off and the step that was missed are the things you notice first. That makes your work precise, though the wider direction may fade from view.
Balanced scores (40 to 60)
You can zoom in on the details and back out to the goal, and you use whichever the moment needs.
High scores (over 60): Big-picture
Where are things heading, and how do the pieces fit? That is your first question, and it gives teams a direction. The details may be left to others or overlooked.

Sources and method
This lens rates five work habits on a spectrum between two poles, and neither pole is better. Your answers describe how you tend to work when you have a choice, which may differ from what a job currently asks of you. It is self-report and only a rough snapshot, and most people shift depending on the task and the team. Use it to notice your defaults, not to label yourself.
Neither end of a dimension is better. Each comes with strengths and costs. For self-reflection and entertainment only.
