Structure

How much you like plans, schedules and clear systems versus keeping things open.

Measured by the Work Style Profile test. Scores run from 0 to 100.

0 · FlexibleStructured · 100

Low scores (under 40): Flexible

When plans fall apart, you are the one who adapts, since you work best with room to improvise and change course. Deadlines and shared calendars may need extra attention.

Balanced scores (40 to 60)

You use plans when they help and drop them when they do not. You can work inside a system or without one.

High scores (over 60): Structured

Sudden changes can feel costly and you may over-plan, which is the flip side of liking lists, schedules and a clear order of work. It also makes you reliable and easy to coordinate with.

Your answers describe how you tend to work when you have a choice, which may differ from what a job currently asks of you. It is self-report and only a rough snapshot, and most people shift depending on the task and the team. Use it to notice your defaults, not to label yourself.
