What this test looks at
This lens rates five work habits on a spectrum between two poles, and neither pole is better. Your answers describe how you tend to work when you have a choice, which may differ from what a job currently asks of you. It is self-report and only a rough snapshot, and most people shift depending on the task and the team. Use it to notice your defaults, not to label yourself.
- Structure
How much you like plans, schedules and clear systems versus keeping things open. - Teamwork
Whether you do your best work alone or in active company. - Pace
How quickly you like to move and how you handle pressure and deadlines. - Risk
How comfortable you are with uncertainty and untested choices. - Vision
Whether your attention goes to the specifics or the overall direction.

Scores are computed in your browser from your 1 to 5 ratings: each statement is scored, reverse-worded statements are flipped, and the average per dimension is scaled to 0 to 100. The Big Five test adapts items from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP, public domain). All other tests use original questions inspired by well-known research traditions; they are not affiliated with any commercial assessment.
Persona Lab tests are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not a diagnosis, a clinical assessment or professional career advice.
