Lifestyle
How you like to run your outer life: settled and planned, or open and flexible.
Measured by the Sixteen Types test. Scores run from 0 to 100.
Low scores (under 40): Planned
You like decisions made, plans set and loose ends closed. Structure gives you calm and momentum. The cost can be rigidity and stress when things change.
Balanced scores (40 to 60)
You plan where it matters and stay flexible elsewhere. You can commit to a schedule or drop it when a better option shows up.
High scores (over 60): Adaptable
You prefer to keep options open and respond as things unfold. You handle surprises well. The cost can be last-minute scrambles and decisions that stay unmade too long.

Sources and method
This is an original, informal quiz inspired by Jung's ideas, not a formal instrument. It measures preferences, meaning what feels natural, not ability or how you must behave. Your scores sit on a spectrum, so a result near the middle is normal. Treat the type as a conversation starter for self-reflection, not a label. The letters follow the popular usage of these terms, not exactly Jung's original meanings. These preferences also overlap with Big Five traits, so the two lenses can echo each other.
Neither end of a dimension is better. Each comes with strengths and costs. For self-reflection and entertainment only.
