Low scores (under 40): Avoids friction

You tend to soften, hint or let small things pass rather than stir up tension. This keeps moments gentle, though important needs can go unheard if you never quite say them out loud.

Balanced scores (40 to 60)

You speak up on things that matter and let smaller ones go. You can usually find a tone that is honest without being sharp, and you pick your moments.

High scores (over 60): Speaks up

You say what you think plainly and prefer to clear the air quickly. People know where they stand with you, though a blunt delivery can land harder than you mean it to.

This is a short self-report about everyday relationship habits. It captures rough tendencies, not fixed traits, and your habits can shift with the person, the season of life and the stakes. Different people may bring out different sides of you, so treat the result as a starting point for conversation, not a label. These are everyday habits, not attachment styles or a relationship diagnosis.
