Character Strengths
Find the strengths you lean on most.
This lens looks at ten everyday strengths of character, from courage to humor to gratitude. Instead of scoring you as good or bad, it shows which ones you reach for first. Answer for how you usually act, not how you wish you did.
Rate each statement from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Go with your first instinct; there are no right answers. Keyboard: press 1 to 5.
What this test looks at
This is a short self-report of ten strengths, and it ranks them for you, so a lower one is simply further down your personal list, not a weakness. Everyone has all ten to some degree, and context changes which ones show up. Treat the ranking as a prompt for reflection, not a verdict. Inspired by the character-strengths research tradition; not affiliated with any institute or commercial assessment.

Scores are computed in your browser from your 1 to 5 ratings: each statement is scored, reverse-worded statements are flipped, and the average per dimension is scaled to 0 to 100. The Big Five test adapts items from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP, public domain). All other tests use original questions inspired by well-known research traditions; they are not affiliated with any commercial assessment.
